3x10 140 Kgs Romanian Deadlift. Goal achieved!

I usually do these on the same day as my comp deadlift session, but I ended up moving them to my Paused deadlift session, as I felt terrible/low energy and strength by the time I was meant to do them on my comp deadlift day. I felt pretty confident I could comfortably do 140 today, so I made a 5 kilo jump from the previous week's 135, and just went for it. I decided to try going back to using a more narrow stance too, as I feel like I get a better stretch with the hamstrings, with my feet closer together. Overall, not bad! I'll have to see how much further I can comfortably push these, before I hit a ceiling with the RPE. If I can keep pushing it, then it should only mean good things for my regular deadlift 🤘🏻
