Paused Deadlift & Tempo Bench Press. Block 2 Week 4

Awesome session, today! Made great progress with all of my lifts, particularly with the paused Deadlift, (there ya go, @ricktunnissen3407! 😜) and Romanian Deadlift. I was even surprised with the Tempo Bench Press, as I didn't think I would have much gas in me to do too well. However, I managed to comfortably hit only 2.5 Kgs under the most amount of weight I've ever done with the movement, and within the prescribed RPE. As I've said before, the weight is not moving as fast and easily as when I was 5+ kilos heavier, but the fact that it seems I am getting closer and closer to relative where I was earlier is a really good sign 🤘🏻
