1 Egg White
1/2 cup of Flour
1/3 cup Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper to taste (approximately 1 teaspoon each)

Orange Sauce:

1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp. of minced Garlic
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Sesame Seeds (optional)
1/3 cup Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. Orange Zest or Lemon Zest (either or
4–6 Tbsp. of Honey

2 tablespoons of Starch and water mixed together to make the slurry
