@How to Cook Carrot Fries in an Air Fryer#
Easy to make, these garlic parmesan carrot fries are a terrific low-carb substitute for sweet potato fries. All of the following is required:
- Three 200g carrots
1-Tbsp (16g) Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder or granulated
1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 15g (2 Tbsp) grated Parmesan
Cut each end of the carrots in half lengthwise then in half crosswise. Six fries can be cut from the bigger end of the stem, and four fries from the smaller end.
Add the oil to the fries, followed by the seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Crispy golden brown air fry at 350 degrees. Should your air fryer be smaller and equipped with a basket, you may choose to toss for even
