250 g coconut flakes / 2.5 cups
80 g erythritol sweetener / 6.5 tbsp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
250 ml whipped cream (35% fat) / 1.05 cup
3 eggs
7 g baking powder / 1.6 tsp
pinch of salt

bake for 25-30 minutes at 170 ° C / 340° F
20 x 20 cm baking pan size / 8 x 8 in
