High Bar Squats. Block 1 Week 3

Did this session at the home gym, this week. I decided to do some ATG, heel elevated narrow stance squats as a substitute for my leg accessory exercise, as I usually do leg extensions or leg press at the public gym, depending on the day. Worked alright, but in hindisght, I think I should have gone heavier, haha.
