Quick anywhere strength workout! 😅💥

No equipment? Not much time? Don’t know what to do?

But still want to challenge yourself and build muscle and get fit? Try this!

15 reps - Squat reach & jump
15 reps - Push up
10 reps each leg - Split lunge
10 reps each side - Side plank knee crunch
15 reps - Dips

Rest for 60 seconds and repeat for 3-5 sets!
