I am using a yoga mat, 5 lb ankle weights, and a cloth non-slip mini-band in medium-heavy. If you don't have fitness equipment for today's workout, that's absolutely ok! Shoes and equipment are always optional as these prescribed exercises can all be done bodyweight.
