Welcome to the Mothership! Today we are smoking up Asian style country pork ribs on the pellet smoker! These are usually a very affordable cut, and while they aren't really "ribs" they are amazing! We are going with an Asian twist on these country ribs, and will be absolutely fantastic. Lets get started...

Ingredients:
1.5 Lb Pork Country Ribs

Asian Style Marinade:
1/2 Tsp 5 Spice powder
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp Siracha
1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/2 Tsp Salt

Corn Starch for thickening

For Garnishing/Serving:
Hoisin Sauce
Sesame Seeds

Pellets Used:
Lumberjack Fruitwood
