Paused Squats & Paused Bench Press. Block 1 Week 2

Top set for Squats felt a bit underwhelming, as I think I misgrooved the reps a bit. and was leaning a bit too far over. Still felt fairly easy, though. Bench went decently. Bench Press has definitely taken the biggest hit from my setbacks, and I have been dealing with some discomfort in my rear shoulder area, that has been making benching harder. Most likely have to get acustomed to the volume and frequency, again. It seems to be getting a tad better every session, however. I'm sure I will overcome it eventually, as I have before. One step at a time 🤘🏻
