Paused Squats. Block 1 Week 1. Great day!

I'm really happy with how this session went! The first two days of the week were less exciting, as as of the lifts particularly deadlift, were feeling pretty weak, resulting in me doing lower weight than what was prescribed. I still feel like my squat and bench is not as strong as before, but it definitely feels like I am moving in the right direction. I forgot to record my benching though, lol. Oh well.
