Headbangers come in all shapes and sizes, loving of genres that some may find heavy and others may not. That’s the beauty of Rock/Hard Rock/Metal (with it’s extensive family tree of sub-genres). What is a smorgasbord?

When it comes our music, and this show. I went with how I felt. What am I in the mood for? What do I want to consume and will put me in a good mood? A Mental Memorex Mix Tape of what I wanted to help me relax as I read a book, when I’m at the range, hitting the gym, cooking, gaming, driving, hiking, hitting the heavy and speed bag…name the event!

I put together a Smorgasbord of music to go all out, cool down, go all out and finally end with that “Oh yeah, that was a good time!” feeling. That dopamine rush finally coming down and when the Mix Tape is over, you put in your case, close it and when you’re in the mood for it, you take it out and put it back in the tape deck.

Jam with this show! Have a good time with it! This show is that type of show to play at any type of party. It’s a little something for everybody…just like...a smorgasbord.
