This 25-minute standing-only and no-equipment-needed workout is a great way to start or end your day! The focus of our LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio workout is on executing 6 low-impact complex moves at a steady pace for 3 rounds through with very little rest between each set. I am wearing shoes in this workout but they are not required. There is a full bodyweight warm up to start and a complete cool down to wrap up today's workout.
