190 Kgs Paused Deadlift. New PR!

I could really feel the fatigue setting in, with the end of the program in sight. However, that didn't mean I wasn't going to DIG DEEP, and go for a new PR; which I was still confident I could manage to hit. This is a 5 Kg PR, which is pretty sweet. I had a big mishap with my foot slipping, causing my positioning to go out of whack, and messing up the lockout a bit, which may have just come down to not so perfect positioning on my setup, and/or my socks, lol. Not sure. Despite that, this still felt fairly easy, and I think fit in within the prescribed RPE range, which is good.
