Block 3 Week 4: Paused Squats.

Squats are continuing to feel on FIRE. Top set felt easy and smooth; and lower than the prescribed RPE of 8. However, by the time I got to my benching, it had been a long time since I had last eaten, so my strength and energy plummeted. So I took it a bit easier with those.
