Amazing training session, today! Everything went better than I had expected. I'm feeling stronger, and more confident than ever. Let's see if I can keep the momentum, and bring the deadlifts back, while at the same time holding on to these gains/adaptations, and not get overly fatigued. Big things ahead! 🤘🏻
