Super Mario Sunshine Walkthrough Part 5: Bianco Outro

Since I can't do the blue coins of Bianco Hills just yet, I decided to just skip ahead to Ricco Harbor and do the first Shine there for organization. Basically, I want to do them in the order I have them on my menus even if I have to do them later. Note that I number "???" Shines because the game does not. So every #9 and #10 Shine is a "???" Shine.
