Super Mario 64 Walkthrough Part 3: Flight For Completionists

Hitting that Red Switch is one of the most important things to do in the game if you want 100% because it allows you to get more stars at other places. It'll also make your life quite a bit easier in certain circumstances when you can take advantage of the Wing Caps in levels. So be sure to press it as early as you possibly can.

The rest of the stars in this part are odd jobs, but they are great at making sure there's a good amount of task variety. :)
