Super Mario Odyssey 100% Walkthrough Part 87: Chilly Luigi

Luigi is toughing out the weather to bring us Balloon World! Where balloons are hidden in the snow piles, the snow piles and also the snow piles! Makes keeping your streak easy. :P Ok, they aren't all hidden in them, lol! But quite a few seem to be. Try to recognize what spot it may be at so you can immediately move towards it, including high-up locations. So it helps to know what pillars you can jump up and what pillars you need the power of flight to reach. Luckily there wasn't anything hidden "inside" one of those slideable wood blocks as that would've likely ruined the streak.
