Super Mario Odyssey 100% Walkthrough Part 23: Bound Around

We unhatched the race, so let's participate in that race! Well... sort of. No regular Mario allowed. So we need to find someone else and "encourage" the racer to get in the game! After that, we'll run around the outside areas to collect a bunch of stuff. There's still stuff back on the inside, but let's finish that off later for the sake of exploration because there is a lot more to see outside than there is inside at this point.
