Wait, that isn't how the lyrics went? I may have to look into this... Anyway, there are balloons placed and when there's balloons placed there's me trying to pop them! Plus explaining the strategy and logic of traveling around quick, if possible. Given all the vertical traversing there can be here, it's a good idea to scale the building the arrow points to (if it's pointing up.) and look around from above, if possible. With overlapping buildings it can be more complex, but you'll likely be able to zone in on it using a combination of the distance number and the arrow. Though I guess in the case of a certain balloon position, it doesn't matter if you zone in on it if you can't wedge yourself in there. XD
