Stamina RPG 4 - [16] [185] Natura - 89.66%

I wonder if it's pronounced like "natural" instead of me thinking it sounded like "nature". Anyway, lol!

This one's chatter is about taking breaks. Sufficient ones at that. Don't' think I took a long enough one from before as this song was really winding me despite handling a 185bpm level 18 with relative ease before. As shown at the end too, I was inaccurate on a LOT of notes on the song I played afterwards in a comfortable BPM. Basically' decided to stop when I seen I wouldn't be satisfied with the score and would replay it later anyway.

So what happened? Basically the more you play, the more tired your body/muscles get. You will recover of course, but it takes rest time. The rest time I was giving myself however was not sufficient for the amount I was putting into it. Pretty common for exercise/athletics, but you may not always recognize it until you have a session that is not up to snuff. The solution? MOAR rest time of course. Rest is a very important part of exercise as you can't perform at your best if you aren't prepared to be at your best. But rest time also allows your muscles to grow from the prior exercise.

Overdoing things however can lead to poor performance at the very least, but at the worst could lead to overuse injuries. So recognizing when your body is done is helpful to prevent any of that. How hard is it to recognize? Not hard at all actually. You'll see it in your performance or feel it as your body won't feel as spunky. You may feel burnout too like that you just don't feel like exercising, which is even a killer to having fun.
