India’s Modi to face no-confidence vote over Manipur region situation

A no-confidence vote is set to be held against Prime Minister Modi’s government in the Indian parliament. It was called by the country's main opposition alliance that claims Modi has failed to deal with alleged ethnically motivated violence in the eastern state of Manipur. RT's Runjhun Sharma explains.
