I was feeling pretty tired going in to these after my deadlifts and benching, and could definitely tell I was not feeling as strong with these, as in recent sessions. However, I knew I was capable of pushing another 2.5 Kgs, so I buckled down, and knocked 'em out. Let's keep this train going 🤘🏻
