Easy Speedy 195 Kgs Deadlift

This moved quite well. I'm really focusing on building up tension and tightness when setting up, and then maintaining that position, and exploding from there. Speed and explosiveness seems to be there. I just have to work on my lockout kinks. I'm thinking it might be a positioning issue, coupled with locking my knees a bit too early, so I am going to work on tweaking those factors, and see if that helps it. If I can get the lock out issue solved/improved, I think I'll be in for some big gains in the future
