RELAXATION EXERCISES

"Sandman":
Set the timer for 20 minutes, lie comfortably flat on your back and imagine that you are lying on the seashore, on warm, clean sand and the waves gently roll onto the shore. Your body is made of sand. The first wave touched the toes, the toes became wet and dissolved in water. The next wave covered the feet, then the shin, thighs and the body gradually dissolves in water. And so on, until it covers your head. The body dissolved completely.

Perform this exercise in the morning and evening before autogenic training. Slowly, feel how the body has completely relaxed.

After that, we sit down comfortably, the back is smooth, but without tension. Tilt your head slightly down so that there is no tension in the cervical region. Legs in the half-lotus position or straightened, as convenient. And we perform autogenic training.

Autogenic Training:

My right arm is heavy, my left arm is heavy, both arms are heavy.
My right leg is heavy, my left leg is heavy, both legs are heavy.
My right arm is warm, my left arm is warm, both arms are warm.
My right leg is warm, my left leg is warm, both legs are warm.
Breathing is even and calm.
Warmth is spreading from the solar plexus area.
My facial muscles and eyes are relaxed, my forehead is pleasantly cool.
I am calm.

Each autoraport can be repeated mentally 5-6 times, after which we move on to the next one. It is important to feel the sensation in the body that you pronounce.

You need to perform this set of exercises 2 times a day: after waking up and before going to bed. The main thing is regularly.
