I decided to try mixed grip today, just to see how it felt in comparison to hook grip, along with tweaking my setup, and narrowing my stance; to see if it could help reduce hip shifting. Even though I hadn't used mixed grip for heavy loads in a while, this went quite well. I think I'll stick with hook grip for now, and see if I can in the meantime work out any kinks with the setup, and positioning. The real test will be pulling Weight over 200 Kgs, and see if the left knee issue persists as severely. If so, perhaps I will indeed have to switch back to mixed grip. We'll see.
