Super EASY 3x10 117.5 Kgs Romanian Deadlifts. Last Set

This clip is taken from my recent Comp Deadlift training session (Block 2 Week 4) you can see the full video on my channel!
Despite the Comp Deadlift part of the training right before this going not quite as well as I had hoped, these felt super easy. I considered just jumping straight to 120 Kgs, but I decided to be conservative, and stick to the 2.5 Kgs per week bumps. The Romanian Deads are feeling steadily stronger every week, which has to be a good sign! 🤘🏻
