OceanGate not for 'joyrides': company co-founder

One of the founders of OceanGate said on Friday (June 23) the company's intent was not to conduct "joyrides" and that regulations on deep sea submersibles were "sparse," following the deaths of five people attempting to voyage to the wreck of the Titanic.
