Block 1 Week 2: Comp Squat Session

First session of my second week into the new program; starting off with le skwat. I'm definitely feeling better than last week, and overall this session went quite well. I don't find this rack at my work place to be the most ideal, as I have stated previously, and much prefer my home setup. The rack is horrible for unracking heavy weight (Bench Press right after this with this rack was a lot more difficult because of this. I would have liked to have filmed that too, but the gym got too busy to feasibly do it), and for some reason, I feel much more off balance squatting here, than at home, like I am going to fall backwards, sometimes. Might be the position/angle of the floor, I am not sure. I am also trying a new video format, which is something I have wanted to do for a while, by making a montage/movie of my session with my working weights,/back-offs, etc, and then maybe upload the top set as a separate short, if I think it is worth doing. I figure this can diversify the content a bit, while giving me a method to upload training footage aside from just top sets, while helping keep uploads more frequent-ish; as I said I won't always be hitting crazy rep and percentage PRs and stuff, with this type of program.
