Train Strong Or Weak Side First??

When in the gym, beginners may wonder what side to start a set with for a single arm or leg exercise (e.g. single arm lateral raises, cable curls etc...). I hope this gives some insight.

Also, Spotting fat reduction - Targeting fat loss in a particular area. Is that a thing? let's see :)
