What in the World is a Dogman? Strictly speaking, a creature that exhibits Cynocephaly, having the head of a dog or jackal. In this case, a dog-headed man-like creature. There are historical accounts of this creature. Saint Christopher is depicted as having a dog head. Then there's the famous Anubis of Ancient Egypt mythology. Some characteristics include: it has been seen all over the world, eyewitnesses claim it is diabolical, it can move either on all fours or stand up on twos, it can be seen around cemeteries, there are accounts of lethal encounters with humans, and it has a terrible smell which is a mix of urine, feces, blood, and death. Generally speaking, a Dogman, as an adult, reaches from 6 ½ to 12 feet tall on twos, and 3-5 feet high on all fours, weighing from 200-1,000 pounds, the latter weight like a big Grizzly bear. Dogman reportedly have a putrid smell. Some have indicated smells resembling acidic urine like ammonia, or putrid blood or freshly split blood, a dead animal smell, or decaying meat, or like a Ferret cage at a pet store. Given its musculature, a Dogman is probably insanely strong as relayed in various reports. Reportedly on Bigfoot Outlaw Radio, Episode 23, part 2, a 7-foot Dogman slung a 500lb toolbox into the forest, it bent titanium tools, it ripped its claws into metal, and tore tracks off of a bulldozer. In addition to this, it is able to push a heavy horse trailer on 2 feet, it can tear through trip lines. One ripped through a large animal control cage. It can pull a calf over a 4-foot barbed wire fence. It can snap a garage door in half. It can snap a 2-3-foot-thick tree like a stick. It can swim against a quick current. It can tear up a wheel well of a car and pop a tire. One is reported to have crumbled a thick metal, bolted-down roof like it was aluminium foil. It easily moves a large tree branch. And an electric fence doesn’t phase it, but only surprises it. One hit barn and left a 3 ½ x 5-foot hole. Another left crunch marks after pushing the back of a truck bed together. Another mashed down a barbed wire fence, carrying a 300lb steer. It can move a Black Angus cow up a steep hill. It was reported that one pushed a very large rock down a riverbank which then crashed through the brush, sounding like an F250 truck, and causing a huge splash in the water. One ripped out panels on an old junky yard car. It can rip tires to shreds. It can take a horse head clean off. It can tear a black bear to shreds. A brown bear might put up a good fight, but a Kodiak bear might win. It is also reported to have gone right through a berry patch which had thistles. So, it’s a mean, onery and very strong foe. While listening to Dogman Encounters, I first became acquainted with the notion that ambient noises in the forest completely cease upon the looming appearance of a Dogman. In Episode 103 it was stated that cricket noises stopped when a Dogman was around. In fact, even around a kill left alone there were no cricket noises to be heard as delineated on the Dogman Encounters web page for Jackson County, Kansas. A Dogman is an extremely intelligent animal. In some cases, it appears calm just before showing aggression, which seems to be, in many cases, a means to invoke fear in witnesses so they leave its territory. It also has an air of power and seems to have little regard for human beings and doesn’t fear man, emitting an attitude like there’s nothing you can do. It also gets angry when humans urinate in its territory. It can be attracted to music, probably knowing humans are nearby. It attacks bears as well, as was discussed in a Russian case where trappers found a huge Russian brown bear with its head turned completely around having been broken, and strange fur on its corpse which had canine DNA. It also seems to be attracted to negative places, particularly drawn to cemeteries probably due to the intense grief associated there. It is sometimes brazen about culling people’s cattle as if to imply they should pay a toll for sharing its territory. It occasionally commingles with coyotes, running in their packs. Moreover, it seems to collect its dead since no Dogman corpses have reportedly been found...
