Final assembly & Surprise Guest! - 4x4 PTO Driven Timber Trailer BUILD Ep.15

Painting frame and other parts. Checking and fixing run-out of the main 60mm (2" ²³/₆₄) tandem axle housing shafts in the hydraulic press. Cutting wheel axles to length and TIG welding sprockets on all six shafts. Assembling the right hand side chain housing. Installing chain into the chain housing, cutting to length and adding master link and checking for proper alignment. Fixing a simple mistake I made during fabrication. Tinkering on the tracked amphibious vehicle I built two years ago and getting it in the barn away from the elements. Finger's crossed that the paint on timber trailer parts is dry soon enough. Stay tuned for future videos. Thanks for watching!
