LIVE: Belarusian president delivers annual address to Parliament and nation (English Translation)

President Alexander Lukashenko delivers his annual address to Parliament and the nation from the Palace of the Republic in Minsk on March 31.

He is expected to discuss development strategy for Belarus and answer questions from residents of the republic.

More than 2,500 people will take part in the event, including deputies of the House of Representatives, members of the Council of the Republic, heads of ministries, state committees, local authorities and others.
