ECB ready to help banks but sector is 'resilient'

The European Central Bank remains ready to support euro zone banks with loans if needed, ECB President Christine Lagarde said on Monday (March 20), repeating earlier assurances after the Swiss-brokered rescue of Credit Suisse, but added that the banks were "resilient".
