Friday Night Special: Homemade Italian Basil Pasta Sauce

Homemade Italian Basil 🌿 Pasta 🍝 Sauce
Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter
8 small tomatoes, diced
1/4 chopped fresh basil 🌿
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1 pinch of salt and ground black pepper
1 tbsp of unbleached flour
1/4 cup of water
1 clove garlic, chopped

* for extra thick consistency add another 1/4 cup of water and make sure basil is throughly washed and dried with a paper towel.
