162.5 Kgs x5 Deadlift. Totally drained.

Deadlifts felt absolutely awful, today. Even 142.5 Kgs was feeling quite heavy. I thought I could be capable of hitting this for ten reps, but I had no energy at all, and just felt super weak. I decided to use straps, to help make the lift a bit easier. However, I was still barely able to hit five reps, here. Oh, well. I'll turn it around, eventually.
