20-Minute Strength and Cardio Workout using Bands | 7.4.2022

This 20-minute strength and cardio workout consists of 13 movements at 60 seconds each that do not repeat. I am using a SPRI medium heavy resistance tube with handles and a FORZA cloth non-slip mini-band and strongly recommend shoes for this workout as it’s done entirely standing. This workout is perfect for small spaces such as an apartment or a hotel room and can be done without any jumping.
