Rescuers struggle to reach Turkey quake victims

A day after the devastating earthquake tore through Turkey and northern Syria, killing thousands, rescue workers were still thin on the ground in some areas. The disaster is forcing residents to pick through rubble sometimes without even basic tools in a desperate hunt for survivors. Angela Johnston reports.
