Time 🕛

Probably the most common reason people have for not being more active is time:

“I’d love to get shredded, but I don’t have the time.”

“I’ll go to the gym once I have more time.”

“I don’t have as much time as you to spend working out.”

The fact is you do have the time. What you don’t have is the willingness to allocate it.

Let’s say you work a normal 40 hour work week (8 hours a day, 5x a week) and sleep 8 hours a day. If truly think that in that remaining 8 hours Monday-Friday (16 on the weekends) that you can’t take 30 minutes to get some steps in, lift some weights, jump rope, whatever, you’re lying to yourself.

In the grand scheme of things, it’s true our time on this Earth is short. But we do have time. It’s up to you to figure out how to spend it.
