Blue Force Gear (BFG) makes some great kit.  For awhile now I have been using their Low Rise M4 Belt Pouch as well as their High Rise M4 Belt Pouch.  Both are made with the high quality and light weight materials BFG is known for. They feature the Blue Force Gear 10 Speed material which is a military grade elastic.  This material lends a lot of flexibility to these pouches, letting you put magazines, a flash bang, cell phone or similar size item into them and have it held securely. The pouches are available in a number of colors including multicam as well.

I would recommend the Low Rise Pouch for most people.  It does a great job holding mags and keeping them lower on your belt, out of the way of armor should you wear any.  If you are doing Low-Vis work or running 20 round magazines though, go for the High Rise Pouch.
