45-Minute Cardio and Dumbbells Interval Workout | 6.6.2022

This 45-minute workout includes 5 interval-style blocks of total body activities targeting strength, cardio, core, balance and coordination moves! There is a short bodyweight warm up to start and an even shorter cool down to wrap this class.

Equipment you may want for this workout is a yoga mat, a set of weights (I am using 10's), a hand towel or yoga strap, and a good cattitude! If you don't have fitness equipment, that's ok too!
