Full Body Dumbbell Workout (Great For Traveling/Limited Equipment)

It’s easy to workout regularly when you have access to a full service gym, but what happens when you don’t?

A big reason people skip workouts is because they have limited equipment to work with. Maybe all you have is some dumbbells at home, maybe you’re traveling and don’t have a gym to go to or you have one at your hotel but it doesn’t have your normal set up.

If you find yourself in this situation, fear not: here’s a quick, full body workout you can do with nothing but a few dumbbells (you can even get away with not having the bench you see me using in this video). As an added bonus, since most of these are standing exercises, we’ll get some increased core activation 💪🏻

1️⃣ Chest Flyes
2️⃣ Rows
3️⃣ Hammer Curls
4️⃣ Tricep Extensions
5️⃣ Shoulder Press
6️⃣ Squats
7️⃣ Glute Bridges

HOW TO DO IT: Perform 8 repetitions of the first exercise and then immediately move onto the next one without resting between. Once you’ve made your way through all of the exercises, you’ve completed 1 circuit. Rest for 90-120 seconds then repeat 2x times for 3 total circuits.
