Dr. A’s Sciatica Fix : Banded ISO-Pronation Activation

What is Piriformis Syndrome?
Piriformis Syndrome is a condition which is believed to result from compression of the sciatic nerve by the piriformis muscle. Or in other words Pain coming from deep within your middle to upper glute (butt).
