Double Tri-Set Home Bodyweight Workout

This is a Double Tri-Set workout(3 exercises) to get a solid full body workout at home or when you're on the road. Do 3-4 rounds of each combo for the workout.
Tri-Set #1
Skater Squats x 10 each leg
Single Leg Pilates Pushup x 8 each leg
Mountain Climbers x 30 seconds
Tri-Set #2
Side Plank Crunch x 12 each side
Supermans x 15
Single leg Bridge x 12 each Leg
