Not the 1000lb club, but 675 (225 Squat/Deadlift/Bench) ain’t too shabby, right? 😅

Well, it may not be in the 1000lb club, but I’m perfectly content being in the 675 (225lb Squat/Deadlift/Bench) club for now 😌 While I *could* go heavier on all 3 if I really wanted to, the fact is at this point in my life I don’t really care about trying to hit crazy PR’s and risk a potential injury. Just having a shredded, well-proportioned physique is fine by me 😁

Out of all 3 of the *big* lifts though, the bench is easily the one I’m most proud of. Being able to rep 225lbs on the bench has been a goal of mine ever since I started taking fitness seriously a little over a decade ago. What makes me even more proud of this accomplishment is that due to the plate & 8 screws in my right wrist (crashed my longboard like a moron when I was 15 🫠), I’m technically not even supposed to bench or do pushing exercises *at all* according to the surgeon 😬

Just goes to show you how resilient the human body can be and what you’re capable of when you put your mind to something 😎

Okay, enough of that motivational stuff. Back to my quirky, irreverent gym bro self 💪🏻🤡
