Currently obsessed with having this for lunch everyday 😁😋💪

(For 1 portion)
30g dry quinoa (I cook 300g and divide by 10)
Tomatoes
1/2 Avocado (about 35g)
Spinach
110g Tofu
1tbsp Olive oil (about 9g)
1tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper

530 calories, 25g+ protein 💪
