**NOTE: These are the brands I used, but substitute with what you can find at your local grocery store as needed**

-1 Banana - Medium
-1 Large Egg
-1 Tbsp Stevia Sweetener
-15g Hershey’s 100% Cacao Powder
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
-2 Scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
-1 Cup Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour
-28g Lily’s Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

I N S T R U C T I O N S

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl, mash banana with a fork until smooth, then add egg and whisk together.
3. Add sweetener, cacao powder, baking powder, collagen protein, flour & chocolate chips, then stir together until smooth.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop batter to form 6 small/3 large cookies
**TIP** Spray utensils with 0 calorie cooking spray to prevent sticking throughout.
5. Bake for 15 minutes and get shredded 💪🏻🔪
