25-Minute Total Body Unilateral Workout | 4.18.22

This 25-minute interval-style single-sided workout targets strength, cardio, core, balance and coordination movements! There is a bodyweight warm-up to start and does not include a stretch. Training shoes are optional; today I am using a single 5 and 10 lb dumbbell, a mini-band, and a yoga mat.
