3x4 110 Kgs Anderson Squats. Rough session, today.

I had a pretty overall "meh" training session, today. Energy and strength wasn't there, unfortunately. My 157.5 Kgs heavy single was nothing new, or special in terms of performance, so I decided to not bother uploading it. This was also not as great as I hoped, but I figured "what the heck?" These are a real pain in the ass for me on the setup, getting in position under the bar before the push. I'll probably try these for another cycle, but first unracking, and then descending from the top in to the bottom position. Pushing from pins do be frustrating like that, hahaha.
